SHIPPING

POLICY

Orders will normally be shipped out within 3 working days; all UK orders are sent using a next day shipping service. International customers will need to provide a best contact telephone number and an email address for our shippers before we can ship an order.

 

  Large items will delivered by private courier or pallet service, so please allow a longer delivery and dispatch time. Please note, for pallet deliveries, the driver will provide a 'to the door' service - it is the customer's responsibility to ensure there is someone available at the address to bring the item indoors. If you require assistance with this you must inform us prior to shipping, so that we can use a more appropriate service, of which there may be an additional charge.

 

  Additionally, for larger orders or items shipped by pallet or private courier service, it is imperative that you provide a mobile telephone number before your order can be dispatched. Once your order is ready we will provide you with a day/date of delivery, which will be between the hours of 9:00 am – 6:00 pm. It is absolutely essential that you are at the address to take delivery and are reachable on the mobile number you provide. Failure to do so will result in a re-delivery charge by the pallet company of which we have no control over.

 

Please note we cannot ship to PO Box addresses.

All our orders are extremely well packed and time and care is taken to ensure that your order arrives safely with you. In the unfortunate case you order is damaged in transit we can open a claim with the courier and get the item either refunded or repaired (UK orders only).

Invoiced orders must be paid within 48 hours of receipt of invoice unless prior agreement has been made. Items will be taken from hold and placed back on sale after this period has lapsed, however a reminder email will be sent before.

We accept cancellations and have a 48 hour cancellation period from when the order is placed and you will receive a full refund. If there has been a mistake when placing your order or you need to cancel your order for any reason we urge you to contact us as soon as possible to ensure the order isn't shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the day you receive your order from us (UK only) - buyer pays return postage. Item must be returned with a reputable courier and must arrive back in the condition it was sent out. Refunds are processed within 2-3 days of the return of the order. We unfortunately do not accept international returns, unless an item is damaged in transit or is found to be faulty.

In some instances a replacement item may be sent or we may seek to repair an item in the unfortunate event of an item being damaged in transit.

We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays in regards to customs clearance or if an incomplete address was provided.
